In using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use, the Privacy Statement www.TxT2Look.com/privacy.php and posted guidelines and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site. This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.TXT2Look.com (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site.

Service Offered 
 
Mobile Services Terms of Use.
Available Carriers:  The Txt2look service is available on Alltel, AT&T, Dobson/Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile®, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless.
 
How to Opt-in:  To opt-in or subscribe to our service, you simply respond to a publicly displayed call to action and text a “keyword” to 43766 to receive specific information and we’ll guide you through the process from your mobile phone.   
 
How to Opt-out:   To opt-out of our SMS service, text STOP to 43766 and you will be unsubscribed from our SMS text messaging service immediately.  We will send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive any additional messages unless you request additional information by responding to a new call to action.
 
How to get help or support:  To get help, email us at admin@txt2look.com,  or call our toll free number at 1888.318.5105.  From your mobile phone, you can request our contact information at any time by texting HELP to 43766. 
 
Fees:  Our service never charges consumers to send or receive text messages.  However, other messaging and data rates billed by your carrier may apply, depending on the terms of your individual mobile service plan.  
 

Txt2Look provides instant information through 2 way text messaging services connecting buyers, sellers and advertisers with a service called Txt2Look. You agree and accept that as part of your subscription the service may include certain unsolicited communications from Txt2Look such as announcements re service or other administrative messages. You also accept that you are responsible for obtaining access to the service. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). You are responsible for any third party charges such as internet service or other airtime charges and any fees associated with such third party services. "Msg&Data Rates May Apply". Users accessing the US service can call 1-888-318-5105 for help or text the word HELP to 43766 or to cancel the service can text the word STOP to 43766. All approved wireless carriers are clearly displayed at www.txt2look.com site.
 
Account Access and Security 
 
Once registered, you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them. You agree to immediately notify Txt2Look of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Txt2Look cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.  
 
Billing and Payment Terms 
 
All fees are paid monthly via a credit card unless otherwise established by an officer of the company. TxT2Look Inc. uses third party credit card processing companies PayPal and Internet Secure and is a recognized and approved merchant. By using either service you agree to allow TxT2Look to charge your credit card for fees incurred, through their third party credit card processing company. The service is billed on a per listing code fee. You will be billed any one time set-up fees and the first month´s fees for the listing codes subscribed. You will be charged every month for all listing id codes subscribed at your agreed upon per listing fee. Upon cancellation of the service, you agree to remove all advertisements for the service from your signage. If you have not removed the service advertisement after the date of cancellation, and inquiries are made to an inactive sign, then you agree to pay an additional month´s fees for the service. If you do not cancel your service PRIOR to the start of your billing cycle, you will incur charges up until the end of the last billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our text messaging service and product, once your keywords and account has been activated and because the data is instantly live, we cannot issue a refund. If you do encounter technical difficulty, please contact our offices at admin@TxT2Look.com.

We also extend an offer to assist you with any questions you may have regarding text messaging and your business application. Although the nature of our service does not allow us to offer a refund, we feel that we should be available to provide an answer to something you might be looking for that perhaps is unclear or not covered on our website.
